The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) sign a Memorandum of Agreement for the joint implementation of the APEC Architect Project in the Philippines through the APEC Architect National Monitoring Committee.
